The BAUDELAIRE Medical Polyclinic is a multi-disciplinary primary care ambulatory medical consultation service with nursing care and referral services, plus a social service providing comprehensive care for patients in vulnerable situations.
The Permanence d'Accès aux Soins de Santé (PASS) system is continuously active at the Polyclinic.
All patients, with or without open rights, of all nationalities will be welcomed Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm with or without an appointment.
On their first visit, all patients are assessed by our nurses, referred to our general practitioners and seen if necessary by our social workers.
The Policlinic is part of the AP-HP.Sorbonne University Medical Department, DEMIURGE, which is closely linked downstream from the Emergency Department (SAU) at Hôpital Saint-Antoine, where patients can be redirected to the Policlinic when their clinical condition allows for a shorter waiting period.
