The Department of Internal Medicine has three main missions:

  • Provide downstream emergency care for internal medicine patients requiring hospitalization for extremely varied medical pathologies (cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, rheumatology, pneumology...).
  • Take charge of specific internal medicine pathologies in hospitalization, day hospital and consultation: altered general condition, fever, polypathologies, systemic diseases, autoimmune diseases.
