Service of Geriatrics B2 SEINE - Day hospital

The department comprises:

A 10-bed geriatric medicine unit which cares for patients coming from the emergency department or from home.
This unit is located on the 3rd floor of the Seine building

A 34-bed orthopedic-oriented follow-up care and rehabilitation unit which cares for patients following orthopedic surgery after fracture. This unit is located on the 4th floor of the Seine building

A 51-bed polyvalent Continuing Care and Rehabilitation Unit which takes care of all age-related pathologies and their consequences.
This unit is located on the 3rd and 5th floors of the Seine building

A Day Hospital with 3 places for check-ups and 9 places for Continuing Care and Rehabilitation. To maintain autonomy and reinforce the existing capacities of the elderly, the HDJ offers diagnostic assessments in 6 areas of expertise: cognition/memory, balance, locomotion, nutrition, overall geriatric assessment and wounds/ delayed healing. The day hospital offers a Therapeutic Education program for caregivers of patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease and related disorders.
The HDJ is located on the first floor of Building C

  • Par l’autoroute A6 ou la RN7 jusqu’à Ris-Orangis prendre la direction Draveil.
  • Par la RN6 après Villeneuve-Saint-Georges  direction Melun. Prendre la sortie direction  Draveil-Montgeron.
Si vous venez en train:
RER C (Gare d’Austerlitz, Bibliothèque François Mitterrand) ou RER D (Châtelet, Gare de Lyon)descendre à Juvisy, sortie Seine (gare routière)

Prendre les bus 13, 16 ou 17 et descendre à l’arrêt Danton ou Dupuytren

Ligne Intervals (dessert l’hôpital de Villeneuve St Georges, Vigneux, Montgeron et Draveil) avec le RER D, descendre à Montgeron et prendre le bus jusqu’à l’arrêt Danton
