Service of Hepato-gastroenterology

The hepato-gastroenterology and hepatology department at Hôpital Louis Mourier in Colombes treats patients with diseases of the digestive tract, liver, pancreas and anus (proctology).

The department's doctors specialize in the management of cancers of the digestive tract, inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis) and viral hepatitis.

The department is one of the leading centers in Ile de France for the management of severe digestive motor disorders (achalasia, gastroparesis, severe constipation), functional digestive disorders (dyspepsia, gastro-oesophageal reflux, irritable bowel syndrome, hypnotherapy) and pelvic statics disorders (in collaboration with the surgery, urology and gynecology departments). It has a comprehensive technical platform for all digestive function tests (pH-impedancemetry, high-resolution manometry, intestinal manometry, respiratory tests), enabling complete patient management from diagnosis to treatment, such as the fitting of digestive neurostimulators (gastric pace maker, fecal incontinence treatments) or endoscopic myotomies (POEM).
