Service of Intensive care anesthesia

The University Hospitals Paris-Seine Saint-Denis Anesthesia and Intensive Care Department is a bi-site department, based at the Avicenne Hospital in Bobigny and the Jean-Verdier Hospital in Bondy. The anesthesia-intensive care department supports the surgical activity. The disciplines represented at Hôpital Avicenne are orthopedics and traumatology, vascular and thoracic surgery, digestive surgery, ophthalmology and digestive endoscopy. At the Hôpital Jean-Verdier, activities include gynecology-obstetrics, interventional radiology and endoscopy. The anesthesia-intensive care department also includes a post-interventional monitoring room (SSPI), a continuous monitoring unit (USC), a consultation and a pain management unit. The latter includes a multidisciplinary chronic pain management unit and a training and intervention unit for acute pain.

Il n’est pas autorisé de stationner dans l’enceinte de l’hôpital Avicenne. Des places de stationnement sont néanmoins disponibles autour de l’hôpital ou sur le parking du Centre Commercial Avenir de Drancy, situé à moins de 500m de l’hôpital. Il est recommandé de privilégier, dans la mesure du possible, les transports en commun.
