Service of Oncology

The Oncology Department,treats patients with gynecological, senological and urological tumors (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapeutics, radiotherapy). 
Treatments are carried out on an outpatient basis within a day hospital with partner services from Monday to Friday, which also enables inter-cure consultations, medical oncology and radiotherapy announcement consultations.

The service is a branch of the cancerology department at Hôpital Saint-Louis, as part of the University Medical Department (DMU) ICARE (Inflammation, Cancer, Repair).

  • Medical oncology consultation with Dr Rodier (Policlinic 2nd floor-green line) open every Monday and Thursday.
  • Radiation therapy consultation with Dr Roberti (Policlinic 2nd floor-green line) open every Tuesday.

The department is expert in lymph node, bone, lung, liver involvement after treatment of these cancers.

Other tumors are managed in other departments at Hôpital Bichat - Claude-Bernard:

  • Skin cancer: dermatology department of Pr Descamps and Dr Brunet-Possenti.
  • Lung and bronchial cancer: thoracic oncology department of Pr Zalcman.
  • Digestive tract cancer (oesophagus, stomach, intestine, anus, liver, bile ducts): gastroenterology department of Dr Becheur and Dr Goujon
  • Throat, neck cancer: ENT department of Pr Barry
  • Blood tumors are treated at Hôpital Saint-Louis
  • Children's tumors are treated at Hôpital Robert-Debré


For first consultation requests, the appointment is given directly by the secretaries, for a pathology treated by the department.
Please come with a letter from the referring doctor, documents making up the medical file, consultation report, radiological examination report, operative report, anatomopathological report, prior hospitalization report if applicable.

The file must be sent one week before the appointment to confirm the appointment by the oncologist.
