Service of Oncology

The Medical Oncology Department cares for adult patients with cancer requiring medical treatment such as chemotherapy, hormone therapy or immunotherapy. The department has particular expertise in cancers of digestive origin (esophagus, stomach, intestine, colon, rectum, anus, pancreas, bile ducts), urology (bladder, prostate, testicles) and breast cancer. For a first appointment, we will do our utmost to ensure that a member of the medical team can see you in less than 7 days. If the consultation times proposed by Doctolib seem too long, please do not hesitate to contact our secretariat directly. The medical oncology department has inpatient beds, a day hospital for outpatient treatment, a mobile team for pain management and palliative care, and a dedicated place for supportive care (CALIPSSO). The department is also at the cutting edge of research, with the aim of constantly improving today's treatments and anticipating tomorrow's. Our aim is to support you and your loved ones throughout your care, offering you medicine that is both cutting-edge and humane.
Finally, the department has a palliative care unit to care for people at the end of life or with refractory symptoms.
