Service of Oral medicine, dentistry

The Oral Medicine Department, attached to the University of Paris, provides preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic care for diseases of the mouth, teeth and jaw joints, either by appointment or as part of its emergency consultation service. The department offers consultations (children/adults) covering all oral specialties (dental surgery, oral surgery, periodontics, orthodontics, dental prosthetics, oral dermatology) with state-of-the-art technical facilities. It trains future practitioners as a training ground for AP-HP externs and interns. It also offers post-doctoral advanced training courses (DU, Masters). In addition, it fulfills a research mission through hospital-based clinical and fundamental research programs.
