Service of Orthopedic surgery and pediatric traumatology

The Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology Department treats orthopedic pathologies from infancy to adolescence. The department specializes in routine pediatric orthopedics (diagnosis and treatment of anomalies or deformities of the feet, hips, knees, upper limbs and trunk). Orthopedic and surgical treatment of scoliosis is an important part of this activity.

As part of the hospital's reference centers, the department also treats constitutional bone diseases, neuro-orthopedics, limb length inequalities and correction of misalignments, and upper limb surgery (congenital, neurological, post-traumatic), post-traumatic) with plastic and reconstructive surgery, surgery for tumors of the musculoskeletal system, surgery for rheumatic pathologies in children, dermatology, hemophilia, and microsurgery with vascular approaches in children.

Traumatological and non-traumatological emergencies involving the musculoskeletal system are also part of the hospital's activities, organized in conjunction with the pediatric emergency and polytrauma departments (neurosurgery and anesthesia-intensive care). It covers both routine and severe traumatology (polytrauma and polyfracture).

Les voitures particulières ne peuvent pas pénétrer et se garer dans l’enceinte de l’hôpital (à l’exception de quelques places réservées aux handicapés).
