Service of Outpatient Department
The mission of the ambulatory geriatric assessment and follow-up department is:
- to provide elderly people with a response adapted to their pathology, ageing and loss of autonomy,
- to offer specific gerontological consultations,
- to promote homecare by detecting and treating situations of frailty, through multidisciplinary gerontological consultations,
- to promote a quicker return home after hospitalization by pursuing specific re-education and
rehabilitation actions.
