Service of Pharmacology
- The Pharmacology Laboratory is a Medical Biology Reference Laboratory (MBRL) for pharmacological therapeutic monitoring of antibiotics and antivirals (JO joe_20210721_0167_0041)
- The routine activity concerns therapeutic monitoring by measuring concentrations of anti-infectives (> 100 different compounds dosed among antibiotics, antifungals and antivirals), immunosuppressants and other drugs in biological matrices with a national scope
- Research activity focuses on the pharmacological evaluation of antibiotics and antivirals, through collaborations with various institutional or academic partners on site or off-site, such as the Agence Nationale de Recherche sur le SIDA et les hépatites virales et les Maladies Infectieuses Emergentes (ANRS-MIE), the Institut de Médecine et d'Epidémiologie Appliquée (IMEA), the Institut de Recherche et de Développement (IRD), Médecins sans Frontières, etc.
