The medical imaging department team is made up of 12 radiologists, 22 medical electroradiology manipulators, 1 hospital service agent, 5 orderlies, 4 medical secretaries, 2 health executives and 1 senior executive.
The unit is committed to an active approach in favor of teaching (around 6 interns per semester, 12 hospital students per year and 20 student radio manipulators/year) and in favor of clinical research through participation in several research protocols.
The department is equipped with several diagnostic and interventional devices:

• 1 General Electric 1.5 Tesla MRI (open for appointments from 8am to 6pm 5 days/7)
• 1 Siemens CT scanner (open for appointments from 9am to 6pm 5 days/7 and 24/7 for emergencies at the facility)
• 2 conventional radiology rooms enabling all types of examinations: bone, pulmonary, digestive, urinary, arthrographies...
• 3 ultrasound rooms, including 1 dedicated to obstetric ultrasound.
• 1 EOS room

Inpatient and emergency care is provided 24/7.
The department specializes in pediatric and prenatal imaging. It handles imaging examinations for all the establishment's pediatric subspecialties, meets the needs of the health region and provides referral services on a regional and national scale.
The department performs over 3,500 scans and 3,850 MRIs per year. On average, 25% of examinations are carried out for hospitalized patients and 25% for emergency patients. Conventional radiology accounts for 41750 examinations per year, including 5145 EOS (2019 figures).
