The Tenon clinical-biological MPA center aims to become the public reference center for reproduction in the eastern Paris region. It has a large critical mass and is authorized for all MPA techniques, with the exception of preimplantation diagnosis, and is heavily involved in clinical research. Consultations with biologists are offered for MPA (with or without viral context), fertility preservation, donation and andrology. The Reproductive Biology Laboratory - CECOS performs all diagnostic procedures in spermiology. All MPA techniques are offered: intrauterine insemination, in vitro fertilization (IVF), microinjection (ICSI), oocyte and embryo vitrification; our center is authorized to perform MPA procedures in a viral context (HIV, HBV, HCV, ZIKA). We also offer MPA with gamete donation (sperm, oocytes) and embryo reception. The laboratory also performs all male and female fertility preservation procedures, as well as care for children and adolescents (sperm freezing, testicular biopsy, oocyte vitrification after ovarian stimulation or in vitro maturation (IVM), germ tissue freezing - ovarian or testicular); a consultation for information is offered within less than 24 hours in medical emergency situations.
